Veugen Technology BV pays the utmost attention to every machine that is produced. We only use high quality components and our skilled and trained engineers work with the latest technologies and equipment. Every machine is thoroughly tested before it leaves the factory, to make sure your application goes well. All of our machines (both new and used) come with a one year warranty. We are able to provide you with the right assistance and yearly maintenance of your machine to ensure a working machine for many years.
It is possible that over time your machine does not operate as you were used to. We understand how inconvenient and costly this can be. Contact us, and our engineers will discuss the possibilities with you. Sometimes we can fix the problem with a single phone call. We ship repair parts all over the world and can help with repairs through video or phone call. If it is possible an engineer can come and repair the machine on site or you can bring the machine in and have repairs done in our work place.
Since April 2017, we have been using a service bus so that we can repair your machine more often and more quickly on location. The bus is permanently equipped as a repair station and therefore no longer needs to be equipped first when a repair is required on location. This allows us to provide better service so that you can get back to work quickly.
For service and/or maintenance, you can also contact us via Skype. Our technical service department can then provide service, also via a webcam. Of course, you can also just offer your device to us for repair.
